Donna and Greg were married at a lovely bach in Raumati on the Kapiti Coast. The lawn stretched right out down to the beach.
When we first met to discuss their wedding I could hardly concentrate because there was a cat in the room they described their vision for the wedding by explaining that they wanted to it be relaxed and laid back, but still special. Their wedding was about more than making their relationship official, it also symbolised the bringing together of their six semi-grown kids as one family. I thought that sounds pretty darn awesome.
Their wedding day, like most of my lucky couples this season, was a roaster but with perfectly timed cloud cover for the ceremony and family formals – thanks world! I love the way these photos have turned out, I wish I could share the whole set. I have a serious problem with culling for my blog posts – this one features over 100 images (but that’s only 25% of the story!!)
I’m struggling with a song for this set – I wanted this one but it doesn’t have the right atmosphere or romance for the photos. SO, I’ve selected one of my favs, hopefully you like it too, even though its not the most perfect song for this set, sigh.
